Nokia has a few bumps in the last months, or one could say that the first half of 2011. Here we are in the market for smartphones in conversation with tough rivals gaining momentum and creating intense competition. These companies include Apple, HTC, Google, Samsung and others. Some time ago, Microsoft and Nokia announced that they had a pact to ensure that the Windows Mobile “main” operating on the line of gadgets is Nokia signed.
So what’s so special about this new smartphone from Nokia? Well, the technical specifications for themselves say:
* A 3.9”AMOLED with curves FWVGA Resolution
* An 8 megapixel camera with autofocus and video capture HD quality
* MeeGo OS
* 1 GB of RAM
* Weighs about 135g
* Options memory storage in two different models – 16GB/64GB
* 1 GHz CPU Cortex A8
* Other miscellaneous functions include: unibody polycarbonate, installed accelerometers, distance sensors used MicroSim cards.
Connectivity is not a problem in the N9, because it includes Wi-Fi a / b / g / n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, standard micro-USB port, a GPS receiver with A-GPS, 3, 5 mm audio jack, TV out, NFC (Near Field Communication). The design of this beauty is simply fantastic and is nothing less than “awesome”. After starting this new model with the OS MeeGo, there is the reason why Nokia decided to upgrade to Windows Mobile 7 doubts.
The N9 features a new “slip” which allows users to access the Home screen with just a slide switch, no matter what application you’re using right now. Nokia also claims to provide the user with three views at home, which allow users to access applications, notifications and updates of social networks.
I can not say much depends on the application package with Nokia N9 today would provide, but some things are certain about the applications that run on the N9:
* The default page of the browser search is Bing
* Skype Integration
* Easy synchronization with the various social networks through the contacts application
* Universal Search
* Camera interface is interesting, but could offer more
* The NFC
Overall, I have, if given more time to feel use the phone, I would have said the phone was really a genius or just another Nokia phone. I seriously want to watch this beautiful AMOLED screen and manipulate the body beautiful slim. We can all hope to maintain its premium MeeGo Nokia OS, and build on this, because the N9 is seriously considering a new departure for Nokia, a refreshing change for them in the smartphone market.
